Das Angebot an diversen Aktivitaeten war sehr gross rundherum Rotorua und wir entschieden uns vor einen Ausflug ins Waikite Valley. Unser Camping war bestattet mit Thermalbaedern und gleich nebenan kam der Rauch hoch von den natuerlichen Baechen. (Wasser temperatur 95 Grad) Wir genossen die Ambiance im froehlichem Sonnenschein und dem tollen Ausblick...:)
Das Waiotapu Angebot konnten wir uns nicht entgehen lassen.(Siehe Photo von der letzten Nachricht) Waehrend 75 min. marchierten wir durch verschiedene Schlammloecher mit bunten Farben und Rauch kam hoch von allen Ecken. Ein richtiges Naturspektakel!
Das Rotorua Gebiet ist bekannt fuer die Maori Kultur. Souvenirshopping war angesagt fuer unsere neue Wohnung die wir bis heute noch nicht kennen...:)
Jetzt bleiben uns noch 2 Wochen und wir freuen uns euch weitere tolle Eindruecke mitzuteilen aus Neuseeland.

Grace à votre blog on est un peu avec vous sur ce trip. C'est génial!
Your trip seems to be amazing - photos are beautiful and we enjoy reading your descriptions and comments. We can't believe that you've already been through so many wonderful places - and more is still to come! Keep cruising through beautiful landscapes and surf a little wave for us once in a while.

PS: No spectecular news so far from here - of interest could be however that
- we just found a nice place to rent close to Savoleyres for the season - so we need Claude to be back in time to prepare the fondues.
- we spent 10 days(mid october) with Stephan and the family in biarritz. every single day wonderful surf conditions, had a geat time as the only customers at the camp site of Lafitenia
- we'll be in Marocco from the 18.12. on. Wish we could be with you and the Franky-Family!
